Outside of the office I love to explore new restaurants and bars in Manchester, you can always find me on a Saturday evening with an Aperol Spritz! I love a weekend away; my favourite is a long weekend in London or a long walk in the Peak District. I enjoy cooking new vegan recipes for my family and keeping fit with home workouts to balance out my addiction to eating out!
