Senior Developer – Fraud Prevention - Up to £80,000 – Remote in UK OR Spain

They have produced software in order to verify age online which has been used by millions of people daily.

The Company

Our brand new client is huge in its industry, they have around 1100 employees and 100 engineers around the world! Having picked up massive clients in the banking, news and gambling sectors they are now looking to build out their team in Europe to cope with the massive upsurge in traffic.

They are a remote 1^st company with hubs around the world and have a culture dedicated to best tool for the job with all of their projects.

The Role

The role itself will be Centred around their Captcha services, allowing people to auto fill and verify personal details online. This service receives around 6000 requests per second and so they need to switch their backend from C# to Go in order to cope with this huge traffic. You will become an intricate part of the API team developing out the backend and become and essential piece of the puzzle moving forwards. At the moment the system is heavily weighted with C# (around 50%) – although this will decrease throughout the first year moving towards 100% Golang shortly thereafter.

Requirements

• 12 months Go experience
• C# Experience
• 2 Years Development experience in total
• API experience is a huge bonus
