Engineering Lead - TypeScript, React, Node – Up to €95,000 – Fully remote in Europe

We’ve partnered with an exciting technology product start-up who are scaling their team and looking for a Engineering Lead to join them. The business received over £10 million in series A earlier this year and are already in discussions to get Series B early next year.

As a engineering lead, you will join a growing and leading a talented team of 3 engineers working and building a API tool that helps companies integrate API’s with internal systems or with 3rd party systems! There product is already in use globally with many FTSE 250 companies who have all seen significant uplift in their business as a result.

Working within a lean, agile setup, you will have a huge impact on the technical direction of the platform itself and particularly your small team. The business currently employs over 60 staff globally, with 30 being within Product and engineering located in over 10 countries. They operate on a remote first basis and have an environment that really supports employees working in this model.

You will be leading 3 engineers and collaborating with product stakeholders, making sure work is planned and delivered with high quality throughout. Your responsibilities will be split 60% technical contributions and 40% people and project management. But as the company grows, there will be a greater demand on the people management aspect.

The business is looking to hire immediately & are happy to speak to people who work within a +/- 3 hour time zone of Berlin. They do have bases set up in London & Germany if you wanted to do some office work but they’re more than happy for you to work from wherever suits you best!


  • 5+ Years’ coding experience with JavaScript technologies (React, Node, TypeScript, GraphQL)
  • 1+ Year of management/Team Lead experience
  • Experience building web applications across both Front and Back End
  • Extensive experience working with building and integrating APIs


  • Salary between of €85,000 - €95,000
