Lead FE Developer –  3D Reality - React– Remote (UK) – Up to £100,000

I am proud to be working in partnership with a brilliant AR / ML scale up who work within the retail sector and have produced a virtual reality software application to benefit the growth of their clients. They have gone from strength to strength in the last 18 months they are looking to grow out their Engineering team by hiring a Lead Frontend Developer.

Company

The company are industry leaders having developed the first AR / VR / ML application for store planning, marketing, and merchandising. The platform offers a couple of products within the sector from store execution, including customer flow & product engagement, to the generation of a to-scale 3D environment that the product can be placed within. The company are leading the way within their sector and are now looking to create an industry standardised API for use across the industry.

The company have 3 bases of operations spread across the globe in the US / UK & AUS and have worked with numerous globally recognized brands from: Walmart & Tesco – BBC - CocaCola. Having globally distributed teams since their conception has led to a completely flexible working culture with everyone being fully remote way before Covid and will continue this indefinitely. The team currently sits at 30 employees with around 10 in engineering.

Role

They are now looking to hire a Lead Frontend Engineer to join a growing team of two other Frontend engineers that is headed by the companies Head of Engineering. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include iterating and improving frontend code, improving UX, whilst being heavily involved in Frontend architecture and getting code into production whilst leading the engineering team.
