I’m partnered with one of the biggest video tech platforms in the world, who are searching for a Machine Learning Team Lead to join one of their Research teams. They have multiple platforms, where you can access a variety of content to spark joy, innovation and even educate – the possibilities are endless! With a worldwide presence that’s only continuing to skyrocket, there has never been a more exciting time to be a part of their mission.

The role is based their brand new London offices, with flexibility to allow you to work from home several days a week. If you’re not already based in London, they can help you with relocation packages and are able to offer sponsorship!

The Role:

You’ll be joining a dedicated research team within the company, focused on providing support to the various platforms ensuring all technology is fair, accurate and unbiased. Leading a team, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering these brand-new solutions using state of the art research and collaborating with other teams where needed. There is huge potential for professional growth in this position and a great opportunity to continue developing your career!

We’re looking for:

• 5+ years experience within Machine Learning in a research environment – ideally related to fairness/bias
• Prior experience managing/leading a team is needed
• Must have publications at top conferences
• PHD in related field is desirable!
