they are looking to grow out their Data Engineering function starting with this client facing role.
Company
The company are industry leaders having developed the first AR / VR / ML application for store planning, marketing, and merchandising. The platform offers a couple of products within the sector from store execution, including customer flow & product engagement, to the generation of a to-scale 3D environment that the product can be placed within. The company are leading the way withing their sector and are now looking to create an industry standardised API for use across the industry.
Role
As a client facing Data Engineer you will be working closely with the current engineering team which sits at around 10 engineer and will report directly into the Head of Engineering. As the company grows and takes on more clientele, they have realised their clients have a need for specific data driven products and analytics.
You will be tasked with speaking to clients and understand their data requirements, building and automating data pipelines, assisting with the development of data visualisation and building the groundwork for the companies new analytics platform.
Skills
- 3 + Years Python Data Engineer Experience
- Strong SQL Experience
- Prior experience with Data Visualisation tools (PowerBI / Tableau)
- Cloud Experience Desirable
- Experience With Big Data Tools Beneficial
