Senior ML Engineer – AI business – London or Remote in UK – Up to £110,000

The Company
We have started working exclusively with a well backed London based startup focussing on solving an age old problem. The gamble that is an advertisement campaign! Marketing teams have had to guess what a campaigns engagement and cost per click would be through trial and error for years. Not anymore. They have made a state of the art software tool which measures in real time, user engagement for advertising campaigns through hardware on your computer. They have already received a series A funding of £3m and are profitable having secured huge FTSE and FAANG companies as clients. They are now looking to expand the team and broaden the potential for the software! The business are about 30 in size, with the product and engineering team being a small team of 12 currently which will expand purely due to exponential growth of paying users with there software.


The Role
They are looking for a senior ML engineer to come on board, working with two other ML engineers and build and deploy ML models. This will involve a lot of greenfield work, adding new features for the existing models and being the member of the team taking ownership of the E2E lifecycle. You will be an individual who is use to working with large complex datasets and striving to always improve the performance and accuracy of the models you and the team build and deploy.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team as it grows to a team of 5-6 by the end of the year but initially this will be a 100% hands on role.

Requirements
 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an ML engineer
  • Previous experience of building and deploying ML models
  • Experience with TensorFlow and AWS
  • Any experience with computer vision is desirable
  • Any experience within data engineering is desirable

This role is remote within the UK with the occasional trip into the London office (once per month roughly). You can go into the London office everyday however if you prefer.
