Senior/Principal Developer! – AI – Golang – Remote in UK – Up to £140,000

The Company
We have started working exclusively with a well backed London based startup focussing on solving an age old problem. The gamble that is an advertisement campaign! Marketing teams have had to guess what a campaigns engagement and cost per click would be through trial and error for years. Not anymore. They have made a state of the art software tool which measures in real time, user engagement for advertising campaigns through hardware on your computer. They have already received a series A funding of £3m and are profitable having secured huge FTSE and FAANG companies as clients. They are now looking to expand the team and broaden the potential for the software!
The Role
They are looking for a senior/principal Golang developer to come on board as an individual contributor, building out the backend software which is of course, all in Golang. This will involve a lot of greenfield work, adding new features for the existing model. They are looking for someone who will be keen to be heavily involved in the architecture side of things whilst remaining heavily hands on in the codebase. You will also be mentoring junior members of the team as it expands further!
Requirements
  • 3+ Years Golang Experience
  • Expert Architecture skills
  • 6+ Years experience as a Backend Engineer
  • Kubernetes experience
  • Must be located in the UK (No sponsorship option)
