Established at the start of 2017, Amicus Recruitment is a specialist IT recruitment company, based in Handforth. We’ve grown to 12 people currently and have plans to treble in size over the next 3 years! We’re looking for goal-driven, enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join us on our journey
From day one you’ll be enrolled into our 3-month training programme from our directors who have a wealth of experience as top-level recruitment consultants. We’ll give you continued support, training, coaching and every necessary recruitment tool to ensure you reach your potential, fast track your career and earn huge levels of commission along the way with our industry leading commission scheme!
No two days are ever the same. You’ll be involved in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from generating your own client base & visiting client sites, through to sourcing requirements and finding your candidates their dream job!
What do I need to be successful?
- Have a passion & burning desire for success
- A willingness to listen, learn and succeed
- Be degree educated or have a strong academic background
- Have a background in Sales, Sports or Business
