I specialize in recruiting for the best Data Centre Owner/Development talent in the US.

I partner with leading businesses to connect them with the people who plan, develop, and execute large scale Data Centre projects.

I started my career in the hospitality world, where I learned the art of building real connections and thinking on my feet.

Now I put that same energy into helping DC professionals land roles they’re genuinely excited about and helping companies find the talent that really makes a difference.

I’m not the kind of recruiter who just fires out CVs. I get to know people, figure out what they actually want, and match them with opportunities that feel right. For clients, that means someone who listens, asks the right questions, and isn’t afraid to give honest advice.
