They have asked me to find an experienced Backend Team Leader with expert GO knowledge.

• 15 employees growing to 20 in the next few months
• Heavily backed with recent SEED funding
• Remote first (office in London)
• 4 years Golang 
• Fintech Experience
• Leadership experience 

This company are building a new innovative banking tool that gives back to the users and allows for freedom of work in different places around the world.

The role will be paying £100,000 to £150,000 (depending on experience) with added company benefits and bonuses depending on targets hit.
