Business Central Consultant – Hybrid Berlin - €70,000 – Mid-Senior – Manufacturing

We have just exclusively partnered with a well established manufacturing company based out of Berlin. Specialising in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals for over 100 years, they are a German company through and through, and have trusted us to build out their Business Central team over the coming months. The company currently sits at 365 employees in size and work in both the German and international markets, they need internal consultants to join as they have some brand new implementations to begin and not enough heads to get the work done!

They are looking for a Business Central Functional Consultant based in Berlin to take up a role in between the support, technical and business leadership teams in order to facilitate the smooth implementation of Business Central across 3 separate locations and upgrades over the coming years. You should ideally have 3+ years Navision or Business Central experience in a functional or support capacity, be comfortable working in a team of just a few consultants/devs and have good communication and stakeholder management skills to be successful in this role.

There is a 40 hour work week in place with an on side presence required 2-3 days per week in their Berlin office, and ideally some knowledge of German would be beneficial. B2 Level is recommended as they do sometimes communicate internally with German.

The salary budget for this mid-senior hire is €70,000 plus a discretionary bonus annually.

They have a quick interview process with a HR call, Hiring manager teams interview and then an in person interview with the department head. This should all be done within 2 weeks of starting the process.
