Data Engineer – Up to £80,000 – Fully Remote in Europe
Are you looking to work fully remote across Europe? Do you want to work in a hugely exciting FinTech start-up operating in the Health Services domain?
You will be joining a concentrated team of talented developers, and will be focused on growing out the firm’s existing data infrastructure, with 3 great projects planned out over the next 12 months.
The company’s aim is to increase accessibility to vital healthcare treatments for across the UK and Europe, with goals to branch out to more markets in the near future! Despite only founded in 2017, they are already profit generating, and have a collective vision of growth, increasing headcount by around 40% in the previous 12 months! To help scale this growth, they require a talented engineer who can find creative solutions and take ownership of architecture.
Working alongside team leads and their existing engineering team, you will be tasked with pulling in data from the firm’s existing platform, building new data tools and integrating new software and products to help manage and accelerate this growth. You will work closely with stakeholders and various senior employees to help build out a data infrastructure that can help guide the business’ future decisions.
The company are more than happy for you to work from their London HQ, but if remote is your preference, then you can work from anywhere in Europe that is any time +/- 3 hours of CET! They also reward all employees with a

You must have a minimum of 4 years’ industry experience in Data Engineering or a similar field and you will also be competent in the below skills:

- 4 years’ minimum Python Experience
- Experience maintaining workflows with Apache Airflow
- Experience working with BigQuery Databases
- Fluent in English and great communication skills
- Experience working with cloud services; GCP preferred.
- Experience with Spark.
