Engineering Manager – Fintech - Seattle, NYC or San Francisco - $250K base
My client a fintech business who are building the next generation payment and loyalty system are looking for an experienced Engineering manager from the Fintech industry to join the growing team.
The business, a Series B fintech start-up founded 6 years ago have circa 110 employees and have Just secured $75 million in series B funding, have an engineering team of 40 building out there payments and card platform.
The position will be 80% management and 20% technical leadership.
Your Day-to-Day as the engineering manager of this team, your responsibilities will include:
• Technical Leadership and Oversight
• Team Management and Development
• Project Management
• Stakeholder Communication
• Quality Assurance and Risk
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement
To be successful you will be expected to have the following skills:
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5 + years of proven experience in a fintech company
• 3+ years of experience leading the architecture of new and current systems
• 3+ years of experience in team leadership as an engineer manager.
• 3+ years of strong background in developing financial platforms
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
The client is paying a salary of $250,000 plus equity, unlimited vacation and fully covered private healthcare + many more great benefits!
