Engineering Manager – Up to $300k + Equity – New York

Founded just under 3 years ago in NY, their product makes state of the art technology simple and easy to use for everyone. They’re creating a productivity software that makes connecting databases, building custom dashboards and internal apps as easy as 1,2, 3 - streamlining previously laborious tasks! Having raised over $10m in Seed funding and with great runway, they are now looking to continue expanding their engineering team.

What will I be doing?
Joining as an Engineering Manager you’ll split your time evenly between leading a growing team of 5 and getting stuck in with coding. We’re looking for someone who can guide a team through experience, you should be strong technically in JavaScript or be willing to learn as this is the stack you’ll be working with most often, specifically React & Node. As well as your technical ability, you’ll be able to showcase your management skills and act as an example to engineers, guiding and supporting them as needed, conducting code reviews and strategizing how to achieve goals. This opportunity has a clear progression path and is the perfect step to a VP of Engineering or even CTO position!

What skills do I need?
· Minimum 5 years software development experience
· Must have prior people management experience
· Experience in a Software/SaaS company desirable!

How will I be compensated?
On offer is a salary up to $300k, equity, unlimited PTO, healthcare, dental, 401k plus more!

The team is based in New York and working on an onsite or hybrid basis, with options for flexible working.
