Amicus are on the lookout for several Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join us in our new office in Manchester City Centre to recruit across our London, Europe, Nordics, and East Coast US teams!!

With regular fees in the region of £15,000 - £40,000 and commission paying up to 50%, our consultants are able to significantly enhance their earning potential by recruiting for some of the most in-demand technical skills in the world!!

Established at the start of 2017, Amicus Recruitment is a niche tech recruitment company, specializing in the Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud and DevOps markets. We’ve grown to 26 people currently across Manchester and Austin, TX and have plans to reach 50 heads by the end of 2024.

The role

From day one you’ll be enrolled into our 3-month training programme, ran by our in-house Talent & Development Manager & Directors who have a wealth of experience as top-level recruitment consultants. We’ll give you continued support, training, coaching and every necessary recruitment tool to ensure you reach your potential, fast-track your career and earn huge levels of commission along the way with our industry-leading commission scheme!

No two days are ever the same. You’ll be involved in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from generating your own client base, meeting clients, and engraving yourself in the tech community, through to sourcing requirements and finding your candidates their dream job!

What do I need to be successful?

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on building rapport with colleagues and clients

• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Takes an enthusiastic approach to tasks and challenges

• Be degree-educated or have a strong academic background

• Have a background in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports, Sales, Lead Generation, or Real Estate (Preferred but not required)

Base salary £23,000 + Superb Uncapped Commission Scheme (First year £35k, Second Year £60k, Third Year £100k)
