We’re working with a rapidly growing Web3 infrastructure company building privacy-first solutions at the intersection of cryptography and blockchain. Backed by a strong Series B and recently valued at over $1 billion, they’ve just launched their token and are now focused on building a high-performing operations function to support it.

They’re hiring a Head of Token Operations to own the pre & post-launch infrastructure supporting token performance, compliance, and market intelligence. This is a critical leadership role with visibility across finance, legal, and engineering, and direct influence over how the token functions in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury & Token Flow Management

• Oversee token treasury operations: liquidity reserves, vesting schedules, and internal disbursements

• Manage secure custody infrastructure using platforms like Fireblocks, Copper, or Gnosis Safe

• Execute token unlocks, grants, and OTC movements in line with policy

• Coordinate token and fiat treasury activities across internal teams

• Prepare and deliver treasury reports for internal stakeholders and external

accountants

Liquidity & Exchange Operations

• Work with market makers and exchanges to maintain healthy, reliable liquidity

• Monitor token price, depth, and market maker obligations

• Support listings and ongoing integrations with both centralized and decentralized

exchanges

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of token movements, treasury activity, and circulating supply

• Partner with legal to ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies, lockups, and distribution controls

• Provide regular reporting to the leadership team and support audit or regulatory reviews

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Build internal dashboards using tools like Dune, Flipside, or Nansen

• Track and analyze key token metrics: trading volume, liquidity health, vesting cliffs, and treasury runway

• Turn on-chain data into actionable insights for business, investor, and ecosystem use

• Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy using liquidity and adoption insights

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 3–7 years in crypto, fintech, or capital markets operations

• Hands-on experience interacting with buyers and sellers of digital assets

• Prior experience managing token ops, liquidity, or treasury at a protocol, fund, or exchange

• Deep understanding of token mechanics, digital asset markets, and compliance workflows

Skills

• Proficient with custody and ops tools (Fireblocks, Copper, Gnosis Safe, TokenUnlocks, Dune, etc.)

• Structured, detail-oriented, and operationally rigorous

• Strong communication skills; able to align internal stakeholders and external partners

• Bonus: experience with SQL, Python, or analytics tooling

• Fluent in English; French is a plus
