Role Overview:
The company is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to take ownership of key backend services, optimize system performance, and contribute to a high-throughput infrastructure stack. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to connect blockchain-based lending logic with traditional financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain distributed backend services

• Improve system scalability, performance, and reliability

• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams on system integration

• Enhance monitoring, observability, and automation workflows

Ideal Background:

• Strong experience with backend languages such as Rust 

• Deep familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes) and Docker-based workflows

• Skilled in managing relational databases (Postgres) and data storage tools

• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to fintech or blockchain ecosystems

• Experience optimizing microservice architectures

• Understanding of credit systems or financial products

• Familiarity with data pipelines or analytics-based systems
