Product Designer, Remote (US/EU)

Job description

Our client is a well-funded crypto venture studio that’s been building in the Bitcoin space since 2014. Backed by tier-one investors, they’re scaling their flagship product – a Bitcoin finance platform that lets users unlock the spending power of their Bitcoin without having to sell it or give up custody.

They’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join at a critical stage of growth. This is an urgent hire, with immediate impact across design and product teams.

The Opportunity

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with Bitcoin in everyday finance. You’ll collaborate with product leads, engineers, and marketing to turn concepts into seamless, intuitive experiences.

Your work will span the full design process – from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, polished visuals, and ongoing design system evolution. You’ll also be involved in usability testing, spotting friction points, and translating insights into better user journeys.

This role reports directly to the Chief Design Officer and offers high visibility across the business.

What They’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience designing digital products (consumer-facing fintech, crypto, or DeFi strongly preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI craft and UX thinking, with rationale for design decisions
  • Experience taking products from 0-to-1 and iterating toward product-market fit
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones in highly collaborative teams
  • Curious, humble, low-ego, and a clear communicator
  • Web3 user with a strong interest in Bitcoin and decentralized finance

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary in the range of $140k–$200k + benefits
  • Remote-first setup with async collaboration (US/EU)

Why Apply

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape how people use Bitcoin in everyday finance. You’ll join a lean, ambitious team backed by top-tier investors (Andreessen Horowitz, Pantera Capital, Polychain Capital, Draper Associates) and have the autonomy to make meaningful design decisions from day one.

If you’re a designer who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help define the next wave of Bitcoin products, we’d love to hear from you.
