React Native Developer
Job description
Mobile Developer – React Native / iOS – 55,000 – 65,000 DKK
There’s an opportunity available to join an established SaaS business based in Copenhagen, working on their innovative mobile app with over 150,000 active users per month!
The product is an automated tracking tool which businesses use for their staff that are required to travel for work. It tracks activity & payments without the need for paper / electronic receipts, even when the mobile app is not being used directly! The business are profitable too, having grown the product organically and never relied on external investment since day one.
The company headcount is at 25 currently, with ten being full time software engineers. The majority of the team are based in Copenhagen, where they operate on a hybrid model each week (typically three days in the office).
The role
Currently, they are looking to add a mobile developer to the team to assist with the build of multiple new functions and helping to improve existing ones. They use React Native for the mobile product and so experience with this is key. Having said that, the other mobile engineer in your team has a stronger focus on Android so if you have extensive experience working on iOS products specifically, this is a huge benefit!
The key thing for this role is that the business need someone who is a true ‘engineer’ and likes diving into a product and understand how it’s put together. They are not looking for someone to help purely with design & UX – they value developers who have experience in languages such as Java & C++ too.
On offer is a salary between 55,000 – 65,000 DKK per month as well as a benefits package which includes health insurance, strong pension plan, personal learning budget etc.
In terms of the interview process, it’s three calls with a short technical challenge inbetween. This can be completed comfortably within two weeks!
