Rust Engineer – Artificial Intelligence – Remote (Germany) – 4-day week – Up to €80,000

I am working with an established energy saving tech company who focus on an artificial intelligence personalisation platform.
The company has created a platform which gives their customer personalized content and allows them search through the dataset whilst being energy efficient + privacy preserving.
They were founded in 2017 and it is currently home to 18 employees with an office based in Berlin, Germany. However, this position allows you to work fully remote if you have eligibility to live in Germany.
You will be working with the team to build their personalization service, build APIs and improve their current infrastructure/ architecture, whilst building new features. Almost everything is built in Rust.
After working with the company for a year, you will be entitled to equity and other benefits included in their package. This is a 4 day a week working position and their core hours of work are between 10am-3pm.

- Rust / Knowledge of Rust
- Actix-web
- Elastic Search
- AWS
- Postgres
- Built API
- Worked with AI
- 1st call with HR (30-45 mins)
- Technical interview – present Rust code examples with Q&A (1.5 -2hours)
- Meeting the team – 2 sessions of 30mins each
- CEO/Management call (30 mins)
