Senior Software Engineer – FinTech Start Up – Remote - $180K - $200K base
I am currently working with an awesome Fintech company who’s product is in extremely high demand.
They have recently received funding and are now looking to add 3 quality Backend Golang Engineers at Senior level who have previous Start Up experience.
They are looking for experienced backend engineers who can drive the development of their early product. As an early member of the team, you'll play a key role in shaping the product, developer experience, and team culture as they grow and scale.

Responsibilities:
- Own and ship critical features across the core B2B product, integrations/external API, and platform.
- Ensure that backend systems and services operate smoothly in production.
- Help shape the engineering culture and process as they scale
Requirements:
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality systems with high complexity and scale.
- Experience building high quality, delightful user-facing applications.
- Experience working closely with a cross-functional product team.
- Desire to work in an early stage, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
- Excited to primarily be an individual contributor
- 5-7 years of engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Golang, SQL, and Terraform.
