I am working with one of the global leaders in safety industry that develops solutions for professional, governmental, and recreational applications. They have been established for around 80 years and currently have 1000 employees across their sites in Europe, Asia, and North America.

This is a Senior Business Central Developer position and you will play a key role in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of their internal ERP system (BC). You will be joining a BC team of 5 people made up of the team lead, developers, and consultants and your main focus will be on the logistics and manufacturing areas of Business Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions
• Contribute to the rollout of Business Central (BC25) across an international environment
• Analyze business needs and deliver effective technical solutions
• Provide second-level support and conduct user training sessions
• Monitor and continuously improve ERP system performance
• Support the team in enhancing services, processes, and tools

You will need a minimum of 5 years experience as a Developer in Business Central and strong knowledge with AL and C/AL. Being a Senior Developer in the team you will also work closely with the team lead on architectural and planning decisions as well as working closely with the more junior members of the team.
