Senior Frontend Developer - EdTech - React - Up to 60k SEK

Job description

Frontend Developer - EdTech - React - Up to 60,000 SEK

I’ve partnered with a rapidly growing EdTech business in Sweden, as they look to expand their engineering team to assist with the build of multiple new features across their SaaS product.

Their platform is used by some of the largest companies across Europe and allows staff to create a personalised learning & development plan based on their career aspirations. Although the product is incredibly complex behind the scenes, their USP is how easy the platform is for the users to interact with – making them stand out above their competitors in the market.

They have never relied on external funding & are now profitable as a business! With over 250,000 active users & growing, the only way is up for them. Their headcount is currently 50, with 14 in the engineering team.

They have a HQ in Stockholm and if you would like to work from there full time, you are more than welcome to. However if remote working is more your thing, you can work fully remotely indefinitely – provided that you are based in Sweden.

The role

They are looking to hire multiple frontend engineers for a few reasons.
  • To assist with the build of multiple new features requested by their users
  • To maximise their user happiness – ensuring that UX is at the forefront of everything you do
  • Ensuring that the frontend architecture remains scalable and performant
They are not looking for a frontend developer who just wants to ‘make things look pretty’. They value engineers who thrive on problem solving & enjoy working on complex SaaS platforms.

Their frontend stack consists of TypeScript, React & Next – and we’re looking for engineers with 3-4 years’ experience as a minimum.

On offer is a salary of up to 60,000 SEK per month dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package which is in the process of being updates.

Their interview process is pretty streamlined & can be completed within a week. You will chat with the head of frontend, complete a live coding interview before meeting with the rest of the team.

If you think this role could be the one for you, let me know & we can discuss further!
