I am working with a cutting edge AI company building solutions for the manufacturing sector to save time and money when it comes to quality control. They are looking for a Senior/Staff level Full Stack Engineer to join their team of 8.
Company…
The company were founded 5 years ago and have recently secured a significant amount of Series A funding to set them up for a very exciting 2023. They have developed solutions using Deep Learning an Computer Vision that analyse products to detect inefficiencies before a product hits the market. This saves a huge amount of time in manual labour and a lot of the time has demonstrated to be more accurate. It also results in products being produced accurately which in theory, saves money and in some cases, saves lives.
The company currently have 20 people in the business, 8 of which sit across the engineering team. Over the course of this year, and with the financial backing they have recently landed, they are on course to double if not triple in size this year. They are a fully remote company therefore, you can be based anywhere across the US.
Role…
The role is a critical one for the business as the senior level support will enable them to continue scaling their customer facing products in order to keep up with the demand. You will be working on the platform that supports ML and Computer Vision Engineers to onboard data, train and productionize their deep learning models.
The ideal candidate will be someone that comes from an AI background or environment. They need someone to have demonstrated the ability to take ownership over critical projects and drive initiatives in to production. It’s a great opportunity for someone that enjoys bringing their own ideas to the table and implementing them with the rest of the team. You will also have the responsibility to coach and mentor junior engineers in the team, run code reviews and lead sprints. Technical skills you will need to be considered include:
