Senior Golang Engineers – Fintech – Remote in Europe – €95,000

Amicus Recruitment are proud to be working search for a fintech company who are looking to hire a number of Golang engineers. They are currently looking for 2-3 Senior Golang engineers to help build out their cutting-edge API platform.

The company who were founded 5 years ago, currently have 300 staff worldwide and an Engineering team of 80 across 4-5 areas of across the globe. They have genuine hiring potential of 100 roles to fill over the next 6 months, with 50 of them being across technology.

As a Golang Engineer you will build out the B2B payment platform that connects business’s in emerging markets across Asia, Africa, and South America. You will help build out their API platform, rearchitecting and migrating their existing API as well as building out various greenfield extensions. They want backend engineers who are problem solvers first and foremost, who are technically curious and have a real passion for learning and developing new services. You will want to work with Cloud-native applications working with Kubernetes and monolith architecture which will move to a microservice architecture as the company scales.

What is great, whilst they are a scale-up, they have already turned a profit and secured over $150 million to date, so you will not have the worry of working for a scale-up and thinking of job security and short-term financial commitments of the client. To be considered for a Senior Golang role, you will be expected to have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 12 months commercial Golang experience
• Experience building API solutions
• Experience in agile environments particularly with TDD
• Ideally some experience with Kubernetes and AWS

They have a fantastic benefits package with salaries ranging from €70,000 - €95,000 + 15% bonus, pension, working from home allowance + many more
