THE ROLE

You’ll be working as a Senior Backend Python Engineer within the cloud. Building out web applications hosted in AWS as a part of a small, super skilled team. You’ll work on the entire SDLC through to deployment.

Alongside the shiny greenfield stuff with cutting edge tech, you’ll be handling some legacy applications and will be improving this in line with newer and better technologies.

The team are really collaborative so you’ll be working with Frontend Developers, Product teams, clients and management to ensure you’re providing the best possible solutions.

THE SKILLS

  • Python with Django experience
  • AWS – this is really important! If you’re certified, even better. We want someone who has deep understanding of the entire AWS ecosystem and tools within it
  • Strong background building out third party RestAPIs
  • Understanding of product lifecycles and a product mindset
  • Experience or understanding of streaming technologies such as

THE PACKAGE

Salary is really dependent on experience, for a really strong mid-senior the salary is up to €80k, obviously increasing for leads/seniors. You get all the usual stuff like holidays, health plans, development plans plus a discretionary bonus. This role is fully remote, you can work from anywhere in the world!
