​We are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us in our new office in Austin to recruit the best technical talent across the US!

With regular fees in the region of $40,000 - $100,000 and commission paying up to 50%, our consultants can significantly enhance their earning potential by recruiting for some of the most in-demand technical candidates!

We're a niche tech recruitment agency established in 2017 specialising in Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud and DevOps. We’ve grown to 26 people currently across Manchester, England and Austin, TX.

Our Austin team is still in start-up mode, however, we have ambitious plans to triple the office size in 2024 meaning there are huge professional growth opportunities as we scale the business. We are looking for hungry, driven, ambitious individuals to join us on it.

The role

• A hands-on 360 recruitment position with the main objective of developing a market across Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud, or DevOps market.

• Develop client relationships with both new & existing clients across niche technical markets using business development techniques/skills

• Compose well-written content for job advertisements

• Build brand awareness across the new region with social network activity

• Host tech webinars, round table events, and attend sponsored tech events

• Lead by example to less experienced consultants with consistent billings & regularly promoting best practices

What do I need to be successful?

• Successful proven experience as a 360 recruiter

• History of developing new business development

• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships

• Excellent communication skills

• Previous experience with sales and negotiations

• Hungry, driven, ambitious, resilient personality
