Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer – React & Node
$150,000 - $190,000 + 1-2% Equity
San Fran / Remote
I am currently working with a start-up Fintech company in San Francisco dedicated to alleviating the financial hardships of those living paycheck to paycheck. They are looking for a Senior/Staff level Full Stack Engineer to join their founding team to help build the first version of their web-based fintech platform.
The Company:
Backed by the executives and founders of some of the biggest names in the Fintech world including Block & Plaid, you’ll be joining a team of 5 working closely with the CEO, CTO, Designers, and Engineers to help build out key features across their platform in React, Node, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
The founders of the business have previously built and scaled tech companies in San Francisco which were acquired for multi-millions of dollars.
This is the perfect time to be joining the company where you’ll be at the forefront of their web architecture and have full autonomy over the platform.
The Role:
As a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer, you are expected to work across their full stack, doing the end-to-end work necessary to deliver product experiences that help and excite users. As a founding engineer you are expected to lay out the foundation to support future engineers as they expect to rapidly grow in the upcoming months.
Key Skills Needed:
Salary and Benefits: $140,000 - $190,000 Base salary, 1+2% Equity, 401k, medical, dental and vision benefits, fully remote position, and you can be located anywhere across the US.
