Software Team Lead – Industrial Tech Start-Up – Hybrid in Austin – Up to $160K

I am excited to be working with a next-level industrial technology start-up based in Austin! They have a unique security-focused approach to cyber-physical system design. The company works with both private and public sector customers to create futuristic industrial systems! 

As the newest Software Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 software engineers alongside another Microservices Team Lead.

The current project that they are looking to build and scale is a platform that takes data from remote sensors in order for their customers to monitor local areas for illegal activity. 

Skills:

• Programming expertise in Golang (2+ years of Golang is preferred)
• Docker and/or Kubernetes (nice to have)
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and customers
• Complex problem solving
• Passion for development

• Team player mentality
