Staff Engineer – Fully Remote in US – IAM - $170,000 - $230,000
We’re exclusively partnered with an excited start-up operating in the identity and access management space, as they look to onboard a remote Staff Engineer to work remotely within the US.
Company
The company was founded 5 years ago by industry veterans that identified a modern-day threat powered by AI. They are on a mission to ensure account recovery is secure from outside attacks.
Currently a team of 20, they are looking to double in size over the next few months and are on track to tripling their revenue by the end of 2026. In addition, they have now become a profitable business.
Role
You will join a small engineering team that is going through a significant growth phase currently.
Working with the CTO, you will be scaling the company’s data services, implementing new features per customer demand, scale their backend systems enabling them to analyze and validate identities quicker and more accurately and help build their customer facing console.
You'll also be actively involved in R&D projects - working closely with the product team & customers directly to figure out which features will be useful to them in the future.

- They use Golang as their core language, but you don’t need to have experience with this.
On offer is a salary between $170,000 - $230,000 + equity and benefits.
The business operate fully remotely & are able to hire US citizens or green card holders.

- You'll need experience working in the Cyber Security space, preferably within the identity and access management space
- You'll need to be able to demonstrate experience of managing project deliveries from proof of concept through to deployment.
