Tech Lead (FE) - Data Insights - React - 100% Remote (UK & EU) - Up to £110,000

I have this exciting opportunity with a company who are building a data driven platform which provides insights on early-stage start-ups, to large corporations! They are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to join their ranks and be at the forefront of development for their web application!

The Company

Founded just 3 years ago, the London based organisation have already gained a 50% profit margin as a bootstrap business, meaning they are very secure and are looking to increase growth even further! Their product provides insight about private companies with data sets on the business and the people operating within them and have over 1000 clients. There are currently 17 people in the company and have 6 in the engineering team (1 FE, 5 BE developers).

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the team of developers but at first it will involve 100% coding – so very hands on. This will include taking over the platform on the frontend, grasping current concepts, pushing projects, and developing new features. As the business grows, you will become more hands off and be involved in architectural planning and introduce new concepts.

• Industry experience (6+ years)

Interview Process

1. Call – 30 mins (cultural, experience)
2. Tech test – 30/60mins
3. Final – 60 mins (review test, Q+A)

Package

A salary between £80,000-£110,000 and a benefits package including standard pension, potential bonus and a 100% remote working policy in the UK & Europe.
