Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and financial processes

• Coordinate payments, documentation, and internal communications

• Support budgeting, reporting, and compliance tasks

• Help refine workflows and optimize internal systems

Requirements

• Based in the Cayman Islands

• 2+ years in operations or administration

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with spreadsheets and digital tools

• Familiarity with Web3 or DeFi
