Full Stack Engineer – React/Node/TypeScript - HealthTech - Up to £65,000

The business

I’m working alongside this HealthTech business to assist them in their search for talented engineers across the UK! They have a unique platform which acts as a self-help application for people with a very specific health condition. It’s a condition which affects millions of people but has been almost untouched in terms of significant help for anyone who struggles with it – so you will be having a hugely positive impact on people’s lives.

They’ve not been in business for long but already have a team of six engineers & have financial runway for the next two years thanks to a significant funding round being completed recently!

They are happy for you to work remotely & though they have an office space in London, there’s no expectation for you to ever be there unless you want to!

The projects

The nature of their application means that it has a large number of complex features including a social media like forum, live chat rooms, video chat rooms etc. The product is in full release now but there are huge improvements to be made & a number of new features to be built out from scratch. There will never be a shortage of incoming projects, that’s for sure!

Their application is used across both web & mobile so you will have the opportunity to work across both – though the majority of your work over the first 12 months will be heavily focused on the web application.

The technical stack you’ll be working with here includes: React, Node.js, TypeScript, React Native, Rest APIs, GraphQL.

The process

• 30 minute introductory call
• 60 min technical interview – some paired programming with the dev team
• 45 min call with the wider product team – to assess cultural fit & allow you to ask loads of questions!

What’s on offer

They are offering a salary of up to £65,000 DOE + a long list of benefits including shares, 26 days holiday + BH, remote working etc.
