GTM & Sales Lead - Up to $160k + package - Remote in Europe (with travel for events)

I'm currently partnered with a well-funded Web3 infrastructure start-up on their search for a GTM & Sales Lead. Backed by leading crypto-native investors (with pre-seed funding closed in the high seven figures), this company is building at the intersection of cutting-edge infrastructure and modular blockchain design. They are gearing up to bring their product to market - and this is your chance to shape that journey from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the GTM strategy across sales and partnerships
  • Manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing
  • Identify and secure partnerships with L1s, L2s, rollups, and infrastructure teams
  • Translate complex infrastructure into clear value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with founders on pricing, positioning, and early product feedback

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years experience in B2B GTM, sales, or partnerships (Web3, SaaS, or infra preferred)
  • Proven track record closing technical deals and building long-term client relationships
  • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem (validators, rollups, modular stack, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
