Head of Product – Hybrid NYC – $200K+ Base salary plus great benefits!
I am partnered with an extremely exciting Web3 start up who are looking for a Head of Product to join and take control of the product side of the business.
As the company is growing this is a critical role best suited for someone who has previously worked at a start up at early stage through successful rounds of funding and growth!
What You’ll Achieve:
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with user needs and company vision
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to deliver high[1]quality, user-centric solutions
• Lead the charge in identifying and rectifying product challenges, ensuring a seamless user experience
What You’ll Bring:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Experience building a SaaS product for enterprise
• Experience managing engineering teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations and decisions
• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup setting, with a knack for making informed decisions amid ambiguity
• A tech-savvy mindset with a keen ability to troubleshoot and guide through support issues (training provided)
• Experience in handling high-stakes situations and leading challenging conversations
Strong base salary upwards of $200K, NYC based Hybrid 2 days a week and a strong benefits package included!
