Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Up to £100k!

I’m working with a stealth mode start-up who are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join them in the development of ground-breaking technology.

Can you tell me more about the company?
They have been in operation for just over 2 years and are planning to revolutionise their industry using AI & Machine Learning techniques. The platform they are developing will transform large amounts of unstructured data into useable insights to improve client revenue and generate new business. They are currently in stealth mode, so there is a lot of greenfield work to be done and they are already making revenue with significant clients, set to generate over $1m this year!

What will I be doing?
You’ll be joining as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, working autonomously to design and execute solutions using state of the art techniques. You will be responsible developing NLP models, building and implementing new features for the core product and working to optimise models already in production. In this role you will be working closely with the CEO, supporting new ideas and having the opportunity to be client facing where needed. This is an ideal time to join the company as you can be fundamental in constructing the product and making it your own whilst contributing to the rapid growth of the business!

What skills/experience do I need?
· 5+ years commercial ML experience
· Pytorch / Tensorflow / Python
· Experience building NLP models
· Masters and/or PHD
· Prior experience deploying models/MLOps is ideal but not essential
· Experience taking full ownership of business-critical projects & able to manage a development environment

How will I be compensated?
On offer is a salary up to £100k DOE + generous equity and benefits! The office is based in London with the option for 1-2 days a week at home if desired.
